Game
Lanternfall
Keep one small light alive across a flooded marsh.
The marsh floods a little more each night. Your lantern is the only thing that keeps the moths away and shows you the path, and it burns whatever you can feed it: reeds, letters, the boards of the bridge you are standing on.
There is no combat to speak of. The tension comes from small trades: burn the map to get through tonight, or keep the map and walk the last mile in the dark.
We are building it for short sessions. A full crossing takes about forty minutes, and it never goes quite the same way twice.
